Vegetables
We grow many acres of seasonal vegetables which will be available for online purchase when they ripen. Asparagus is the first veggie crop to appear in early to mid May. Peas ripen the end of June, followed by green and yellow beans in July. Corn matures the end of July, August, September and into October. Cherry tomatoes ripen early August followed by field tomatoes, roma tomatoes and peppers. Squash and pumpkins are our last crop to ripen starting mid September.
